Academic guidance and support?
The Academic Department at Fisher's SuperKids includes a foreign training manager, who is solely responsible for the academic well-being and success of our teachers. What's more, Vietnamese managers are always on-call to help foreign teachers work and effectively communicate with their SECs (Vietnamese assistants or "Student Experience Coordinators). Together, our training manager and Vietnamese managers, can offer any assistance and/or guidance needed when it comes to teaching—from lesson planning and activity ideas, to help with struggling students and communicating with parents. The list goes on!
Put simply, our academic team's number one goal is to support our teachers' academic needs—whenever and wherever. As such, members of the Academic Department will always be available to help answer questions and offer guidance. This means that academic managers can always help facilitate new opportunities for professional development workshops and co-teacher observations as well.
